Short-term rental files are different from long-term rental files. The income moves with the seasons, each city runs its own permit or license, HOAs and condo projects can block STR use entirely, and wholesale lenders disagree about how to count booking income. A general rental-loan site treats those as footnotes. We built this one around them.

- We are a broker. We arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders. We do not make loans or make credit decisions.
- Investment property only. We arrange business-purpose loans on non-owner-occupied property. We do not arrange owner-occupied or consumer-purpose loans.
- No published pricing. Pricing comes from wholesale lenders and changes. We compare current programs for your scenario.
- Plain answers. If a deal only works on long-term rent, or an HOA rule blocks the plan, we say so early.
