Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone, property state and type, loan purpose, estimated value, loan amount, occupancy confirmation and any message you send.
- Visit and campaign data: the page you first landed on, the referring site, and campaign parameters such as utm tags or ad click identifiers, stored in your browser session and sent with your request.
- Technical data: standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, used for security and fraud prevention.
The DSCR calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you type into it are not sent to us.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and discuss business-purpose financing options.
- To share your scenario with wholesale lenders when you ask us to shop a loan.
- To keep records required of a licensed mortgage broker.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring in requests.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting and customer relationship software) and with wholesale lenders when you ask us to compare programs. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link or by writing to quotes@loandaddy.ai. You may ask us to access or delete information we hold, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date on this page.
